The SOKY Skills Factory Team is a coaching and development group dedicated to helping young athletes in Southern Kentucky improve their athletic performance, skills, and mindset through structured sports training programs. Our team provides expert coaching in areas such as speed and agility, strength and conditioning, and sport-specific skills: especially football and track, while creating a high-energy environment focused on long-term athlete development and leadership.

Tyreon Clark

Founder

Tyreon Clark is the founder of SOKY Skills Factory and a dedicated football and track mentor committed to developing elite athletes in Southern Kentucky. A former standout athlete at Bowling Green High School and Austin Peay State University, Tyreon has turned his playing experience into a mission to train, mentor, and inspire the next generation.

Through SOKY Skills Factory, SOKY Elite Sports, and Bowling Green Youth Flag Football he provides high-level skill development, competitive travel opportunities, and mentorship that prepare athletes for success both on and off the field. With a background in social work and sports administration, Tyreon’s philosophy goes beyond athletics—focusing on discipline, character, and academic accountability.

Nacarius Fant

Director of  7v7 | Offensive Skills Specialist

Nacarius Fant serves as the Director of 7v7 at SOKY Skills Factory, bringing elite playing experience and deep roots in the Southern Kentucky football community. A Bowling Green native and former Kentucky Mr. Football, Nacarius was a key part of three consecutive state championships at Bowling Green High School before continuing his success at Western Kentucky University as a multi-year starter and Conference USA First-Team selection.

At the Skills Factory, he specializes in wide receiver development, elite route running, and return game strategy. Nacarius is committed to helping athletes develop the versatility, discipline, and confidence needed to compete at the next level.

Adrian Wells

Head Speed & Agility Trainer

Adrian Wells is the driving force behind the explosive movement and tactical athleticism at SOKY Skills Factory. As the Head Speed & Agility Trainer, Adrian specializes in bridging the gap between raw talent and elite-level performance. He doesn’t just train athletes to run; he trains them to dominate.

Adrian believes that speed is a skill, not just a genetic gift. His approach focuses on the mechanics of movement, ensuring every athlete develops the foundational power and footwork necessary to excel in high-pressure game situations. Whether it’s shaving milliseconds off a 40-yard dash or mastering the "art of the cut," Adrian’s programs are built on:

Caleb Peel

Caleb Peel is the driving force behind the physical evolution of athletes at the SOKY Skills Factory. As the Head Strength & Conditioning Coach, Caleb specializes in bridging the gap between raw potential and elite performance, focusing on explosive power, functional durability, and the mental toughness required to compete at the highest levels.

With a philosophy rooted in science-based programming and real-world application, Caleb doesn't just build bigger athletes—he builds smarter, more resilient ones. His approach at the Skills Factory integrates high-intensity metabolic conditioning with meticulous strength protocols, ensuring every athlete who walks through the doors is prepared for the physical demands of their sport.

Head Strength & Conditioning Trainer

Curtis Johnson is a veteran coach dedicated to the technical mastery and physical dominance of line play. As the Director of Trenches, he oversees the strategic development of both offensive and defensive fronts, focusing on the "game within the game."

With a coaching philosophy rooted in leverage, explosive footwork, and mental toughness, Coach Johnson specializes in transforming raw athletes into disciplined, technician-style linemen.

Joe Jessup brings a unique "ground-up" perspective to the program, serving in the dual capacity of Director of Facilities Maintenance and Lineman Specialist. Joe’s role is defined by his commitment to the environment in which athletes train and the technical precision required to win at the line of scrimmage.

As the program’s Facilities Director, Joe ensures that every square inch of the training environment is elite, safe, and functional. On the field, he translates that same attention to detail into coaching, where he focuses on the mechanics of power and the discipline of "The Trenches."

Christian Johnson

Christian Johnson is a pioneer in the fast-growing landscape of female athletics, serving as the Director of Girls Flag Football. With a passion for expanding access to the sport, Coach Johnson focuses on blending high-level tactical execution with a supportive, high-energy environment that empowers young women to compete at their highest potential.

Under his leadership, the program emphasizes spatial awareness, elite flag-pulling technique, and creative offensive play-calling, ensuring players develop a comprehensive football IQ.

Ta’Corian Darden

Defensive Skills Specialist | Speed & Agility

Ta’Corian Darden serves as the program’s engine for elite movement and defensive precision. As the Defensive Skills Specialist and Speed & Agility Coach, TaCorian’s mission is to develop athletes who are as fluid as they are fast. He combines high-level defensive IQ with modern athletic performance training to ensure players can react instantly and move efficiently in space.

By focusing on the bio-mechanics of acceleration and the nuances of defensive back and linebacker play, Ta’Corian bridges the gap between raw athleticism and on-field production.
